Lead Credit Policy

Every SolarMatchup lead is exclusive and costs a flat $59. If a lead you received has one of the problems below, you can request a credit within 72 hours of delivery:

• The phone number is wrong or disconnected.
• The lead duplicates a lead you received from us within the previous 30 days.
• The lead is outside the service area you approved.
• The person is not the homeowner.

How to request a credit: email info@solarmatchup.com with the lead ID, the date delivered, and the reason. We verify each claim. Approved credits of $59 are applied to your next bill; credits are not cash refunds. Leads that were misused (for example, contacted in violation of the consent given or of our agreement) are not eligible.
